Guest Experience — Aura Tavira

Aura Tavira is looking for someone to host the tasting room, guide guests through our wine-by-the-glass selection, and help run Friday Pop-Up Tastings, private tastings, and events. You'll work alongside our retail and events team on R. 1º de Maio, in the heart of Tavira.
What you'll do
- Welcome and host guests in the tasting room, day to day
- Pour and talk through our wine-by-the-glass selection with care, not a script
- Support Friday Pop-Up Tastings — setup, service, and the featured producer's story
- Assist with private tastings and events alongside the team
- Help with retail — stock, sales, and keeping the space right
What we're looking for
- Comfortable with people, unhurried under pressure
- Some hospitality or wine service experience — a passion for wine matters more than a certificate
- Portuguese and English both useful; more languages a plus given our international guests
- Available Fridays and weekends
Based in Tavira, Algarve. Part of a small, hands-on team — you'll work closely with the founders, not report into a hierarchy.
