Right of Withdrawal

For online purchases, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Due to the nature of wine products (perishable goods), this right may be limited once the product seal has been broken. To exercise this right, contact us at info@aurawines.pt.

Legal Warranty

All products sold benefit from a legal warranty of conformity in accordance with Portuguese consumer protection law. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
